Purchase Policy:

[1.] Product Sales & Delivery: Items that are "IN STOCK" are normally shipped within 24-72 hours. Carpentree items are made to order and usually ship within 5-7 days. Please allow 8-10 days for orders requesting UPS, DHL or FedX Ground. Express Shipping is 2nd Day Air. Click here for our Shipping and Handling Rates.

[2.] Cancelled Orders: Orders can be cancelled by emailing Customer Service at Cancel@SolomonsBoutique.com only prior to payment processing or by clicking here for an Order Cancellation Request. You must include your order confirmation number if emailing. Orders that are being packaged for shipping, can not be cancelled.

[3.] Back-Orders: If your order cannot be shipped you will be notified via e-mail about your status.

[4.] 15 Day Guarantee, Exchanges & Returns: All returns/exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Returns/Exchanges may be refused if the merchandise doesn't meet the conditions required for Returns/Exchanges. In the event a Return or Exchange is refused, the merchandise will be returned and the customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling charge.

** Special Notice: RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. **

All returns are for the original purchase price less shipping & handling and must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Click here for a Return Authorization Request.

[5.] Terms & Condition: Purchaser agrees to at the time of purchase to the terms and condition of our Purchase Policy. The Purchase Policy is subject to change at anytime. When a purchase is made using a credit card, the card holder authorizes the Company to process their order. In the event of a back order the card holder further authorizes the company to obtain a new authorization to complete the order as long as the order is not cancelled in accordance with the Company's cancellation policy.

[6.] Refused Delivery: Customers will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling. Once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse, a credit will be initiated for the original purchase price less the shipping and handling charge.

[8.] Pricing & Availability: All pricing and product availability are subject to change. We will honor any valid order and including wrong product pricing as long as you have a valid order number. We may replace "sold out products" with a substitute of the same kind and quality at any time.
